Registration fee

Registration is mandatory. The registration fee for every participant is CHF 100.— (70 EUR) which includes CHF 5.- (5 EUR) of "CO2 tax" (see “information”) and is inclusive of: Simultaneous translation, cloakroom, documentation, business lunch and welcome coffee. Simultaneous translation from Italian is guaranteed only for participants who ask for the service on the registration form. Otherwise upon onsite availability without guarantee.

Available reduced registration fees:

• Appointed delegate of a Municipality Member of AssoVEL2: 
  CHF. 70.—, including CHF. 5.— CO2 tax
• Upon presentation of student ID card
  CHF. 60.— (40 EUR), including CHF. 5.— (5 EUR) CO2 tax
• Upon presentation of media ID card
  free of charge

All participants that show a valid ticket that proves the use of public transportation or arrive by electric car or riding a bike to the conference venue, can be refunded the CO2 tax at the registration desk.

Terms and conditions: The online form has to be filled in completely within April 9, 2010. The registration form binds the signer to the payment to the Association for Sustainable Mobility – AssoVEL2. No disclaimer will be accepted after April 9, 2010, except for serious reasons announced in writing before April 23. The registration fee will be claimed by an invoice sent with the confirmation of the registration. The payment has to be received no later that April 18, 2010. In case of a missing payment the conference can be accessed only by showing the receipt or settling the invoice at the registration desk. The number of seats is limited. First come first serve basis.

Organizational information

08:15 – 09:00: Opening of the Registration desk and welcome coffee

09:00 – 16:00: Conference time

Venue: Hotel Coronado****,via Borromini 10 in Mendrisio (Switzerland). The hotel is located only 5 minutes walk from the railway station and near the highway exit.

Transportation and parking: Detailed information and map will be provided to all registered participants. All participants are invited to privilege public transportation or other sustainable transport modes to reach Mendrisio.
